My name is Jerry Nowell. I am not a politician. I am a retired
materials analyst and small business owner. I am campaigning for
the House District 101 seat. I'm not going to waste your time and
thirty pages of paper telling you what an unbelievable character I
am- except to say;

I BELIEVE IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THESE UNITED STATES AND ITS
BILL OF RIGHTS . I BELIEVE IN GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLE, FOR
THE PEOPLE, AND OF THE PEOPLE......PERIOD!

You know as well as I that those people we have been "hiring" to represent us in the House of
Representatives are simply not doing what we "hired" them to do. We vote for them, and pay
them well to represent us. They disappear behind double doors and ride off into the sunset
on their 'Lobby Horses' never to be seen until the next election. We have a LOBBY PROBLEM!
The decisions of this state are to be made by the people of this state...not the
lobbyists...PERIOD. Obviously the decisions about our future, our children's future, and theirs
cannot be addressed with good jurisprudence if our state legislators are being influenced by
lobby money. It's not going to happen-Period. You and I know that. It behooves me that our
legislators just 'don't get it'.
I believe we all still have faith in our commonwealth type of government, but we sure have lost
faith in our legislators. I know and understand that some forms of lobbying are vital to our
great state of Oklahoma, yet there are others that are detrimental to our state- especially 'one
on one' lobbying with legislators and potential legislators. You and I can fix that.
There is only one way to address the lobby issue, and that is to NOT vote for candidates that
are wallowing in lobby money. Who's wallowing in lobby money?? Go to

I will need your vote, your friends, family, and neighbors votes and moral support. With your
